Do I have to pay to use the app?
No. the app is free to use to take advantage of all viewing and engagement of cases. We do offer in-app purchases for certain elements such as CPD evidence downloads after your first free one.
Are posts monitored?
Yes. All posts are monitored to ensure it complies with our terms of use to protect the public and health care profesisonals
How do I get CPD on the app?
Every time you join a discussion, view a message thread or share a case, we log the time you spend on it. We accumulate all activity and once you've achieved the threshold for CPD we will allow you to download evidence to submit to the relevant regulatory portal where you should also be able to add your reflections.
How do you ensure user and patient privacy and security?
We use a secure cloud platform that encrypts all data in transit and at rest. The infrastructure is built on the same platform that Google uses for its own web pages, ensuring robust security measures. We also take measures on the front end by not allowing users to share images or text that is not anonymised. All posts are also reviewed regularly to further ensure confidentiality
